• North Idaho Since 1892

Our great-great grandparents, L.D. and Ella M. Farmin arrived in Sandpoint, Idaho in 1892 as agents for the Great Northern Railroad. After arriving they homesteaded 160 acres, which eventually became the heart of Sandpoint. They later gave the land to schools and churches, and were instrumental in the naming of many city streets. They truly loved North Idaho as we do, and as a 5th generation we are proud to call it home.
